our core process

Strategic Doing is a collaborative method designed to help us create value by working together effectively and efficiently.By incorporating Strategic Doing into a Digital Concierge engagement, we address immediate challenges while building long-term capacity for adaption, collaboration, and innovation. This approach is equally valuable for individuals, community initiatives, and businesses navigating digital transformation.

Key Steps of the Strategic Doing Method

  • Create a safe space for deep, focused conversations

  • Frame the conversation around an appreciative question

  • Uncover hidden assets that people are willing to share

  • Link & leverage assets to create new opportunities

  • Rank all your opportunities to find the 'Big Easy'

  • Convert the 'Big Easy' into an outcome with measurable characteristics

  • Define a pathfinder project with guideposts

  • Create a short-term action plan with everyone taking a small step

  • Set a next meeting to review progress and make adjustments

  • Nudge, connect, and promote relentlessly to reinforce the new habits of collaboration

our tech stack

A tech stack refers to the combination of technologies, tools, and apps used to develop, operate, and maintain websites, or digital projects. The term originates from the concept of layering various technological components to form a cohesive and functional system. Together, these interconnected technologies enable the delivery and performance of a digital solution.
